  • Product design lead for the banking pillar of the product, working directly with the cofounders to drive strategy and overall product vision.
  • Led the design process for several high priority money movement programs that were core to the business, including the launch of pockets (Found’s financial organization tool), domestic wires, and sending checks – leading to an increase in customer balances held, spend per customer, and gross payment volume.
  • Oversaw the redesign of Found’s desktop platform, creating new design patterns for individual teams to use for future work.
  • Worked with company leadership on a series of design initiatives to target more upmarket customers, leading to an increase in higher-value user signups on the platform.
  • Spearheaded user research engagements to validate user pain points and influence priority level on quarterly roadmaps.
Product Designer, Stripe

  • Was the lead designer on a no-code solution that allows users to troubleshoot issues with their payment methods, decreasing lost payment volume for Stripe's business.  
  • Led the design of a new workflow that allows enterprise level accounts to manage their notifications across their organization.
  • Worked directly with design, product, and engineering leadership to systematize page layouts in the Dashboard (Stripe’s core software).
  • Ran user studies with the research team and incorporated customer feedback as part of our launch strategy.
